TUITION FEES

Fees are due every Friday. If fees are not paid by 10:00 a.m. a late fee will be charged. There will be an additional service charge for each payment returned for non-sufficient funds.  

 

Tuition fees cover childcare for a period of nine hours per day. If additional hours are needed, in the event of an emergency, please contact the Director.

Tuition is charged regardless of irregular attendance. Parents of children who are absent due to sickness or hospitalization will be charged half of the weekly fee. A doctor's certificate is required. Please notify the office as early as possible regarding your child's absence.

Each family at A.J. Ward Montessori Preschool will be given one vacation week annually. The family must be enrolled for six months to receive a vacation week. The school takes a vacation every year during December. This week will be announced. Parents may take a vacation week at any time with one-week prior notice.

Tuition fees are non-refundable.
